We show a short, friendly message when something goes wrong. For most issues you can simply try again; for persistent problems, use the support reference at the bottom of the page.
What you see
- A concise heading indicating whether the problem is on our side (server error) or due to something about the request.
- Buttons to Return to dashboard or Go back to the previous page so you can resume your work quickly.
- A small Support reference (correlation ID) and the path that failed, which you can quote if you contact support.
When to contact support
- If retrying the action or refreshing the page does not resolve the issue.
- If the same error appears for multiple users or across multiple pages.
- Include the support reference and a brief description of what you were doing so the team can trace the underlying error quickly.
