Your Profile

Update your name, email address, and password.

Your Profile

Use the Profile page to keep your details up to date. You can change your display name, update your email address, and set a new password.

How to open your profile

  1. When signed in, click your name in the top navigation.
  2. You can also visit /profile directly.

Personal details

  • First name and last name help personalise emails and on-screen guidance.
  • Display name is optional. If left blank, SimpleMed+ will derive it from your first and last name.
  • Your username is shown for reference and is not currently editable.

Changing your email

  • Enter the new email and confirm with your current password.
  • Emails must be unique. If another account already uses the address, the form will show an error.

Changing your password

  • Enter your current password, then enter and confirm the new password.
  • If your account was migrated from SimpleMed (Joomla), updating the password switches you fully onto the SimpleMed+ password so the legacy password no longer works.
